Dr. Pat Ford is a doctor of physical therapy with a specialty in Orthopedics. he also runs a nonprofit called Project Onyx, which he co-founded. Project Onyx focuses on overcoming health disparities and disparities in the fitness space for black and brown youth, and young adults in the Des Moines area. In addition to her work with Project Onyx, Dr. Ford also educates physical therapists and healthcare providers about anti-racism and DEIB
